This multi-level home is immaculately presented and ideally situated perfect for swimming, jet skiing, and fishing (annually stocked) - it's truly a boater's paradise! You will have a private dock where you can launch your boats or one of the two provided kayaks, or cast a line and try your luck. This retreat also includes a lakefront gazebo with a lounge area and a hammock, a basketball hoop, multiple outdoor dining areas facing the lake, and an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect for rinsing off after spending the day at the lake.
As you enter this impressive home away from home, go down a flight of stairs to reach the main living space, which showcases superior craftsmanship finishes, volume ceilings throughout, and a vast formal living room. The living room houses a welcoming sofa right in front of one out of four gas fireplaces and a large TV so you can stay up to date with your favorite shows during your stay. Spend memorable evenings playing air hockey and billiards against your friends, or working up a sweat on the elliptical. The chef of the group will have a blast preparing exquisite culinary masterpieces in the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless Viking commercial-grade appliances. Discover a French-door Viking refrigerator, a six-burner Viking oven/stove with a range, a built-in microwave, a dishwasher, a wine fridge, and a gorgeous farmhouse copper sink. A second gas fireplace can be found here for additional convenience and warmth. The extensive sundeck overlooks Lake Louse and houses an outdoor dining area with a gas grill - perfect for summertime barbecues and entertaining your guests!
Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom on the main level, two bedrooms on the second level along with an office, and a third-floor loft that can be used as a fourth bedroom. Nearly every room enjoys panoramic lakefront views. The primary suite is located on the second floor and enjoys impressive lake views, a gas fireplace, high vaulted ceilings, an en suite bathroom with a huge walk-in closet, and access to a private balcony with unobstructed views. The lakefront office is filled with natural light and boasts another gas fireplace, a TV, a working desk with a monitor and a desk chair, and access to another balcony. And last, but definitely not least, the upper-floor loft sleeping area has a balcony and a large bathroom. Additional perks include a laundry room with a washer/dryer, beach gear, and central AC.
