We prefer the minimum age to be 25+ unless travelling with family. Also note that construction of the new Bonham Quay office block is ongoing opposite the apartment balcony. While this should not impact your stay you may have a lesser view. Due to be completed Spring 2022.

All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms, kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, table tops, electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels. We provide linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, laundry tabs.
Please Note: The prestigious development of Bonham Quay which will be built opposite the apartment building and is currently under construction until early 2022. While this will not impact your stay in terms of access to and from the apartment but you may experience some noise and a lesser view. Construction should only be between Monday - Friday during normal daytime hours, however we cannot control the builders schedule.
**Noise Sensitive Property - Strictly Quiet Hours Between 10pm And 8am**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
