This beautiful penthouse is in a brand new second building of the Cape Marie Luxury Apartments situated on the east side of resort Coral Estate. The tastefully decorated apartment is with its 300 m2/1000 ft very spacious.
It has 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the hallway, there is an additional toilet with a washbasin. The master bedroom has a kingsized bed; the other two bedrooms have twin beds which can be separated. Both the spacious living room and the bedrooms have air conditioning and fans. Super high-speed wireless internet is available and included.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a cooking island with bar stools, an American fridge, a wine fridge, a dishwasher, microwave oven, steamer, blender, Quooker (instant hot water) and a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother. The SMART-TV in the master bedroom has Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, Disney+ and Movies. Through a digital system, many international channels can be accessed. The SMART-TV in the master bedroom has access to many well-known apps as well.
