This luxury home backing onto a golf course is centrally located on a double-wide lot in a deeded area. The air-conditioned home is meticulously maintained with porcelain tile plank floors throughout, leather sofas & glass tables, and sealed mattresses for sanitation purposes. The 4-bedroom/4-bathroom home has two master bedrooms with their own ensuite located on either side of the house, coupled with two additional bedrooms with a bathroom and a common Den adjacent to another bathroom.
Extra Large Sliding Glass Doors allow you to open them wide and tuck them out of sight (when the a/c is off) to enjoy extending the living room into the large screened-in lanai with the outdoor dining room. Ceiling Fans in every bedroom, living room, kitchen, and den keep the Florida breeze moving.
The large screened-in Lanai also has 3 ceiling fans to keep a breeze, an electric-heated saltwater pool, a jet spa (heated marginally above pool temperature), and a cushioned dining set for 10 in addition to 4 pool loungers. The lanai has numerous spots to relax in the sun or shade during the day. There are clear views of the golf course and the stars at night. You can also see NASA launching space rockets from the lanai at night if your timing aligns!
The home is well equipped with high-speed internet, an extensive cable package, and on-demand viewing supported by two 55' TVs in the two common rooms and a TV in each bedroom. A fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and an outdoor BBQ makes staying home for the evening enjoyable.
Skip the Dishes, Grubhub, and local restaurants also offer delivery to the area. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Linens, towels, beach chairs, bikes, a cooler, and beach toys are available for use. Our property manager is only a mile away if you have questions or need support. This is a non-smoking property and we cannot accommodate pets.

Summary: We loved the gorgeous home, beautiful setting clean pool. Very happy with the home except: The weather was cool so we thought we could use the hot tub, which states it in the listing, however we couldnโ€™t get the temp warm. We contacted the property manager who contacted the owner and we were told that it was only a spa. We were disappointed as you can understand. One of the days the pool people came and we asked about the temp but he checked and we were told there was a lock box on the controls for the hot tub. Also it states there was a garage but they had a large pickup parked in there and there was not any room left to fit my car. I do not drive a large vehicle. Again we contacted them and were told sorry. I think they need to change the listings to reflect these items.
