Located on a residential urbanisation between Mutxamel and El Campello, with panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sea. From the garden you can see views of Alicante city and El Campello, the beautiful sunsets from the terrace are priceless!
This lovely 2 storey house with large garden and communal pool is a perfect place for the whole family.
Only a short walk away from the famous Bonalba golf resort, where you will find many bars and restaurants.
All the properties on this urbanisation are built on a hill and therefore they all have views of the sea and mountains. It is very quiet but friendly and only a short drive to El Campello or Mutxamel town.
Bonalba golf is the next urbanisation along and you can easily walk there to use the facilities or bus service.
A car is recommended for this area, however not completely essential. It is possible to walk into El Campello, it's about 30 minutes walking but only 5 minutes by car.
There is an app you can download called pide taxi, where you can order a taxi to collect you at your door.
On Bonalba, you can also catch the bus into Campello or Mutxamel and in Campello there is the tram.
