Villa Encanto is perfect for a group of friends or families with kids. It features indoor/outdoor living and has an open floor plan. The home is very functional in its design and layout. The villa has fully equipped interior and exterior living spaces. The focus of the interior of the home is the modern gourmet kitchen which flows into the living room and outdoor terrace, creating one large interior/exterior space to relax or recharge.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside and a private pool and outdoor shower outside. The villa has two sides/wings. The first one has 2 bedrooms and an indoor/outdoor master bathroom. The second one has 2 bedrooms, a separate guest bathroom in the middle, as well as a laundry room.

- 1 master bedroom with a king size bed and flat-screen TV. The master bedroom opens to an ensuite modern bathroom, newly renovated, which is an indoor/outdoor setup where you can shower under the stars.

The guest bathroom, newly renovated, features a large comfortable bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, Etc.
All beds have premium quality pillows and bedding and luxurious mattresses and in-room A/C for maximum comfort.
For sleeping arrangements, the home can comfortably accommodate 8 people, but can sleep up to 12.
In addition to A/C in each bedroom, each room has fans and blackout curtains which allow for total privacy and comfort.
Outdoor Space
The outdoor terrace features a large dining table (for 10), outdoor seating (bench and table for (4)) under the flower pergola including hammocks, BBQ grill and outdoor shower.
