Summary: A couple of things , one was that there were no fresh towels in the pool towel tub, i had to call for service. She told me I could access the staff area and grab my own, which was nice. The toilet in our room was out of order from midnight onwards and would not flush , and it could not be used. The wifi passwords didnt work, i had to ask for assistance, but the staff were very helpful. The pool was meant to be heated, but wasnt. It was very cold. Overall it was okay.
