Positive: Host were very friendly. Easy check in and check out. Private Parking was not charged. Modern kitchen even though we did not use it. Washing machine quite new. Cozy and calm living room with a good size and a nice view on the port. Balcony quite large.
Negative: Sleeping room is quite small with a small window. Parking nearby the residence was not possible the space is about 3 minutes by walk away.
