Quietly located in a peaceful country village halfway between Aigrefeuille / Surgères and 10 minutes from the train station of Surgères. The main house is composed of an entrance, a large kitchen and all the equipment (convection oven, induction hob, two fridge freezers, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher...); a dining room with a table for 8 people, a living room with sofa, a bedroom with shower room and a linen room with washing machine and dryer Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including 2 large bedrooms with shower room and a master suite with dressing room and shower room. The 160 m2 annex is composed of a gym, a large office, a games room, an indoor swimming pool (functional and heated from 01/06 to 15/09), a sauna (open from 01/06 to 15/09)
