The property, (detached) with an apartments is situated in the hamlet of Tronçais, which is a focal point of the vast Forest, due to its association with the historically ancient Forge, which produced the steelwork for the renowned 'Eiffel Tour '.
In this area are ancient towns and villages, steeped in history, with wonderfully colourful markets , Chateaux , Abbeys and traditional fetes all contribute to discovery of this lovely region.Within a few minutes, walk to a cafe/bar or good Restaurant. In the same time by car, reach all amenities in either, St.Bonnet Tronçais, Ainay-le-Chateau, or Cerilly. Take a day trip to the Volcanic Region of the 'Massif Central', or visit one of the many Spa towns of the area, for a pampering 'treat'.Altogether a delightful location.
General description.
Maison de l'Etang, is situated in the hamlet of Troncais and beside the beautiful 40 acre fishing lake. The house has a simply appointed, apartment, overlooking the lake with superb uninterrupted, panoramic views.
The apartment has a spacious hall leading into the 'L' shapedlounge area with double french doors leading onto a traditional balcony (lovely for cool breezes on those scorching hot days!).
The apartment also containsa kitchen/diner. From the hall there are2 double bedrooms anda bathroom.

Very sunny bright kitchen area with, electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker, washing machine, all cutlery and kitchens utensils, crockery and pans.
Most important, a welcome 'Bouteille de vin' (a bottle of wine).

Wonderful, 2 way aspect of the lake with french windows onto the balcony.
