Maison de l'Etang, is situated in the hamlet of Troncais and beside the beautiful 40 acre fishing lake. The house has a simply appointed, apartment, overlooking the lake with superb uninterrupted, panoramic views.
The apartment has a spacious hall leading into the 'L' shapedlounge area with double french doors leading onto a traditional balcony (lovely for cool breezes on those scorching hot days!).
The apartment also containsa kitchen/diner. From the hall there are2 double bedrooms anda bathroom.
