In a small quiet rural hamlet nestled in the heart of the Bresse countryside, on the edge of pastures & fields, in the hollow of several forest areas dotted with wild ponds. Very comfortable cottage nestled under the roofs. Spacious & bright. Lovely resolutely contemporary character. Warm and original, colorful and vitamin "pop" atmosphere. Lots of style & charm. Pleasant sheltered private terrace located on the ground floor of the house. Large enclosed and very neat property of 7000mยฒ, planted with trees and flowers including a rare & bucolic small private natural swimming pond with dedicated pontoon (welcoming sweet carp & frogs), a trampoline, a ping-pong table , an original "fireside" (for the pleasure of a brazier "under the stars") and a bread oven (made available on request by the owners). Literal playground and relaxation for young and old. You also have access to a large common room offering a large library, a DVD library & a large number of board games and small leisure equipment. Composition: Gรฎte on the 1st floor of the owners' house (totally independent / single common entrance on the ground floor) on a property also including 3 unusual accommodations (2 caravans and a cabin).
