Positive: Ease to street car. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Loved the look of the courtyard.

Negative: Weekend desk girl very rude. 2 friends sharing a room and she “upgraded” us to a suite with one bed on the second floor. We had just come off a cruise and we were tired. No elevator and room was on second floor. I booked a room with 2 beds on purpose. Security guard helped with luggage and complained it wasn’t his job. I didn’t ask him to help, the desk lady did. Desk lady called guard on his walkie and conveniently found us a 2 bed room. Off site parking across the street. $25 a night and I have to park across the street.
