Summary: We had a wonderful time here. It's new (or newly renovated) and super clean and well stocked. We didn't want to eat out all the time and so appreciated that the house was well stocked with kitchen stuff (pots, pans, plates, cutlery, cups, and a few cooking essentials like salt and pepper), as many other rentals don't stock kitchens at this level. It also had lots of towels, sheets, and blankets available. We had easy communication with the property manager via text and she quickly addressed any issues we had. There is a slightly odd thing in that the downstairs bathroom doesn't have a working door. And while the house has central air, we love a beach breeze on cooler summer nights but as all the windows didn't have screens, we couldn't really open them without risking mosquitos flying in. However, these issues wouldn't stop us from booking the place again as you're only half a block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood that we loved.
