Summary: The property is in a very central location served by a couple of bus routes that take you the city center or the main train station in less than 5-10 min. It is on a busy road, though, and there is traffic throughout the day and night, which may be a problem if that type of noise bothers you. The main issue was that there was as an ant infestation in the bathroom likely because the apartment is right next to a small backyard. However, I was told by the rental company that they will work to solve the problem. Finally, the shower screen leaks in several places, which has caused a little bit of damage on one of the bathroom corners. Otherwise, the apartment was very clean and comfortable.
