Summary: The location for a ski weekend at Heavenly was excellent - steps away from Heavenly village and the gondola that takes you to the ski resort. We had a hiccup with our dishwasher in the villa not working, but was resolved by the hotel. Loren was very responsive leading up to and during the stay.
