Positive: Staff were super helpful. Offered to take bags up to the room and provided all useful info without me having to ask. Location is very central to Coffs, with only a short walk to a variety of food options. It is just off the main road, so there is traffic and trucks driving by, but the sound was barely noticeable from within the room and I had a great night sleep which was exactly what I needed after a long drive.
Negative: Not much to fault really. The building is a tad dated, but the rooms and the fit out are pretty modern so it's fine.
Summary: Convenient, cheap accom. Great for an overnight stay.
