Positive: Amazing location if you are looking for a quiet relaxing vacation but still lots of options around to eat out, massage, convenience stores, bars. Choeng Mon is a quiet and relaxing part of the island. The hotel facilities and the rooms are kept extremely clean and the staff is very kind and attentive to the guests. The breakfast has great variety and good quality food for all kinds of diet needs. Service at the restaurant and the beach was exceptional as well. As a solo traveler, I also appreciated the staff coming over and having a chat everyday.

Negative: I would suggest the hotel consider introducing a clearer gym policy regarding filming and social media content creation. Some guests were using tripods to record content and were effectively occupying large parts of the gym for extended periods of time. This made the space uncomfortable and less accessible for other guests. The gym is a shared facility, and guests should be able to use it freely without worrying about being filmed or appearing on social media unintentionally. Clearer guidelines around filming and equipment setup in shared spaces would greatly improve the experience for everyone.
