Within a senior adult community, “mi Casita” (my small house) is a Green Valley Resort Home located in friendly Green Valley. Just steps away are the private tenant only pool and Jacuzzi; close to GVRH tennis courts, West Center for fitness and recreation center; within short walking distance to the Continental Shopping Plaza for groceries, shopping and dining.
This one bedroom, one bath unit has been remodeled throughout with new furniture, appliances, fixtures and ceramic tile flooring. Be one of the first to enjoy this delightful and immaculate home away from home!
The bedroom has a new pillow-top King Bed, a full size chest of drawers, a desk, lamps and end tables and large 6 foot closet. There are additional storage containers under the bed.
In the living room find a large recliner, a comfortable sofa, tables with lamps and guest seating. There is also a 42" HD flat screen television with Direct TV and wireless high-speed internet service.
The kitchen features filtered water, all new refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave oven. Dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots & pans, coffee maker and toaster are all provided; dining area for four.
With a skylight in the bathroom, walk into beautiful and spacious tiled shower; all towels and linens for bedroom, bath and kitchen are included. There is also a washer/dryer in the casita.
Green Valley Recreation facilities are available for a one-time nominal fee. Enjoy access to any one of 13 recreation centers and their pools, most which have fitness centers and provide for a wide variety of social activities.
Don't forget your golf clubs! Green Valley has 8 golf courses; 6 public and 2 private, in the GV area with additional courses in Tubac, Tucson and Nogales. Hiking and biking is accessible. Close-by Madera Canyon is a world renowned birding area.
This is an age-restricted resort community. At least one resident must be 55 or older.
