Positive: The location, round the corner from a supermarket and only 10 minutes walk from the beach, is great. It does back on to an at times busy road so there is some noise, but then it is in a town! The house has a lovely terrace with a barbecue with a good view of the pool if you have children to keep an eye on - we spent all our time out there. The house is very spacious and well maintained. There is plenty of hot water and all the bedrooms have good air-con. The host, María José, was easily contactable via WhatsApp.
Negative: We only have two comments. One: the mattresses on the two double beds could do with being replaced as they dip in the middle and are a bit uncomfortable. Two: the house is equipped with two microwaves, one of which has extra functions, but no oven, which we think is a bit odd for a house that can sleep up to eight people. This is fine for a group of adults who may eat out more than we did but as we had a toddler and a baby with us we would have appreciated being able to cook a few more meals more easily. However, neither of these points spoiled our holiday: we still had a great time and would definitely recommend Milestone House.
