The Getaway at Gervais Hills is a stunning home for families, groups of friends, or corporate stays. It is located in a beautiful and quiet Little Canada neighborhood. The first floor boasts a 2 story high, open living room with large windows letting in bright light with a great view of the back yard. This home has numerous areas to gather and relax.
The kitchen is bright, spacious, and modern with bar seating at the island, a bright breakfast nook surrounded by windows, and an office space just behind the kitchen. This kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and host gatherings. An Alexa Smart Fridge is available for you to log into apps, talk to Alexa, or find recipes! If you’re looking for a more formal sit down, this home also features a gorgeous formal dining room just steps from the kitchen. From there you'll find the living room complete with a Smart TV, piano and comfortable seating, primed for cocktails, games, or a quiet evening with book in hand.
Walk out the kitchen patio doors onto a deck that is complete with a BBQ grill to create the perfect feast. As you continue walking down to the patio below, you will be greeted with a gorgeous seating area along with a fire table to enjoy with the entire family. Smores sticks are available to roast the perfect marshmallow over the fire pit.
The staircase off the dining room leads you to the upstairs where you’ll find 4 cozy, spacious bedrooms, complete with modern décor. A large laundry room is also located on the upper level.
