Summary: The two things I want to comment on are that the soft furnishings all need to be deep cleaned and the overall cleanliness of the property could definitely use some attention. It would have been helpful to have been told this was a duplex and not a standalone property. Alex was very responsive to text which I appreciated and everything in the property function. The backyard was charming. It just needs a good overhaul Cleaning.
