Completely renovated in the spring of 2017 and fully furnished spacious 2-room apartment / apartment 52 m² for up to 4 people in 2. Upstairs on the historic market square Ueckermünde for rent. The spacious apartment has one bedroom with double box-spring bed for 2 people, a living room with kitchen and dining area and a sofa bed for up to 2 more people, a daylight bathroom and hall.
A linen package per person with linen and towels is included. The apartment was completed in early April 2017 and is located in the 2nd First floor of a renovated old building right on the beautiful historic market square of the seaside resort Ueckermünde. Due to its central location in the middle of the old town, various restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance, the city harbor is about 400 meters away.
The apartment is high quality and modern equipped with a full kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher, a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet, a king size box spring bed 180 x 200 cm, a wardrobe, 2 LED TVs (one in the living - and one in the bedroom), wardrobe, dining table with 4 chairs and a corner sofa with sleeping function for up to 2 more people (Extendable to 140 x 200).
Free Wi-Fi is also available in the apartment.
It is possible to park a car in the courtyard, but the access is very narrow. Alternatively, there is only about 80 meters away a free public parking, on which always vacant seats are available.
