This new build villa sleeps 8 guests and is modern and tastefully furnished throughout with large glass doors leading out from the living area and kitchen to the private garden with swimming pool. Distributed over two floors, there are 4 bedrooms (air conditioned) and all have private bathrooms, the master bedroom and the twin bedroom also benefit from a large shared first floor balcony with views across the garden. There is another bedroom on this floor and the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor along with the main living area, an open plan living/dining room with Satellite TV (Spanish, English), a separate fully equipped kitchen and utility room with appliances (washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, wine fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, kitchen utensils, dishes/cutlery). In addition to the fantastic pool the outdoor space is great for sharing meals with a covered dining area, barbecue and comfortable furniture to chill out afterwards.
