Modern, newly built one-bedroom garden-level suite with private entrance in the heart of Cambie Village. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
Tucked away on a quiet, tree-lined street in a vibrant and neighborhood—just steps from restaurants, cafés, shops, transit, and walking distance of VGH.
Includes a a kitchenette with coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, plus a spacious shower, in-suite washer/dryer combo, smart TV, and free Wi-Fi.
Comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests.
THE SUITE
The suite is fully self-contained with a private entrance located at the back of the house, accessible via the front of the house or the alley.
Keyless entry with a keypad (with option to use a key) - your code will be provided prior to check-in. The suite is equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, plus radiant floor heating throughout.

This garden-level suite is located on the ground floor of our family home, with no stairs inside. It features a secure, separate entrance for your privacy and convenience, with self check-in and check-out. We recommend using the private entrance via the back lane, where your dedicated parking stall is located—free and available for your use throughout your stay.
