Welcome to Lakeside Landing!
Get away from the hustle of the city to a tranquil getaway in Winter Haven. Tour the many lakes the city has to offer or even stop by Legoland (15 mins away) to spend a day with the kids.
This modern home is furnished with clean white linens and calming neutral tones to make our customers feel welcomed and relaxed.
The home is fully equipped with many kitchen utensils, an outdoor grill, cable TV, heated pool, washer/dryer, bathtubs, game room, and more.
The space
Lakeside landing is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom home with a private back yard and heated pool. The outdoor pool area is enclosed and fenced for privacy and surrounded by greenery for our guests to relax. It features chaises, a bbq grill, and seated chilling area for the family to hangout.
Note: the pool is SALTED. no chlorine inside the pool. The pool heater can only heat up to a certain temperature of around 85F. We want to inform guests not to expect it to be a jacuzzi or warm temperature.
The sliding glass door leads to the open kitchen and living room area, which features a 6 seater expandable dinner table, a 4 seat breakfast and lounge area, and 65” smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of kitchen utensils and equipment, including a toaster, kettle, rice cooker, coffee machine, and blender.
Enjoy central heat and cooling for the fluctuating weather!
Bedrooms
The main master bedroom features a queen bed, private bathroom with a tub and shower. It also includes a 40” TV with cable.
The queen bedroom includes ample storage with a dresser and closet.
The third bedroom includes two twin beds perfect for kids! The second bathroom is in-between the queen and third bedroom which includes a bath tub shower.

A washer and dryer included in unit.
Games in the garage, including a basketball hoop and 3-in-1 foosball, ping pong, and slide hockey table.
Guest access
Guests will be given an entry code upon arrival. Check in at 4pm. Checkout at 11am. The check-in time is to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization between guests. Garage can fit 1-2 cars, and driveway can fit 2 cars.
