Summary: I want to start by saying that the host Showkat is an absolute wonderful host and answered all questions we had immediately and fully. The perfect host in my opinion. Now to the house. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out and Showkat had snacks and drinks out when we arrived which was greatly appreciated after our long drive. the bedrooms and bathrooms were all outfitted with every amenity needed and the kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance and kitchenware needed. The backyard is very large and has a large deck that can accommodate a dozen people easily. there is a gas/charcoal grill combo that worked perfectly for a full size tenderloin. We were there for my Mother's funeral in Arlington National Cemetary which was only about 20 minutes away. We also spent some time sightseeing in DC which again is only about 20 - 30 minutes away. In ending, we would definitely rent again as this was probably the nicest vrbo we have rented and the location was perfect for us. Showkat was an incredible host and I would highly recommend renting for any stay in the area. Definitely a 5 star rental.
