My property comfortably sleeps 2 guests, however as this is a studio apartment your bed and sofa will double up as one. The easy to use retractable sofa offers both a comfortable place to sit and a double bed to sleep on. Duvets, pillows and sheets are all provided and can be found in the storage unit under the TV.
When you arrive at the property you will see a brown entrance with the key safe on your right. This doorway will lead up to your apartment on the first floor. Once inside you will enter into a small corridor space with the bathroom directly ahead. To your left will be the main living area with an open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The large glass windows make this space feel bright and spacious.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. To reach the door of the apartment you will have to enter via a shared reception space and a set of stairs. This is used by other residents in the apartment block so please be polite as they are generally very welcoming.
Unfortunately there is no on site parking available throughout your stay. If you are bringing a car I would recommend staying at Stowell Street Multi story carpark which is a 5-10 minute walk from the property. More information related to parking can be found in the guest manual we will be sending out before your arrival.
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.BOOK your well earned city break to Newcastle. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
