The living room is complete with a large smart TV, two plush leather 3-seater sofas, and two occasional chairs for ultimate relaxation. The outdoor area and kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, sink, BBQ and table for 6, perfect for alfresco dining and summer BBQs. As you explore further the downstairs space of the home, you'll discover the fourth bedroom with two cosy single beds, followed by bedroom 2 and 3, each offering a queen-sized bed. The well-appointed bathroom features a bath, shower, and vanity, with a separate powder room for added convenience.
Ascending the modern oak staircase to the upper level, you'll instantly be captivated by the breathtaking ocean views that stretch out before you, showcasing the picturesque beauty of Moffat Beach. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home excluding the garage. There is parking available for 2-3 cars on the driveway plus free on-street parking.

The home is located 350m away from the beautiful Moffat Beach (un-patrolled). The closest patrolled beach is Dicky Beach which is a short 5-min drive or 1.2km walk. The home is located within walking distance of Moffat Beach cafes, restaurants and a grocery store. There is also a hospital, shopping centre, library, cinema, boat ramp and skateparks all close by. Moffat Beach is perfectly positioned with access to local parks and playgrounds, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks.

There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, the home is approximately a 2 minute walk to Edmund Street where bus services are available and operate to Maroochydore (northbound) and Caloundra Station (southbound).

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
