Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Filipa and Rodrigo were very friendly and helpful hosts, very communicative and forthcoming. The place is in a rural area among other farms, it is far from roads or other external noise. It has a modern interior, large windows, nice bathroom, and comfortable beds.
Negative: The issue I had, and the only reason for the lower rating, was the internal noise. The home is an apartment with another apartment above, and the floors are just cast concrete. There is no acoustic isolation at all, so You can hear neighbours' music, as they move chairs, walk, everything. On top of that, the property is pet friendly. The week I was around, the family living above me had 5 large dogs. I had a quarter of ton of canines jumping, trampling, and barking, waking me up at odd hours at night. I would consider such conditions, if you are sensitive to noise.
