On the lower-ground-floor, there is a large play room/sitting room with DVDs and games, plus access to the patio with furniture and a private hot tub. Up a set of steps is another patio with seating, which can be accessed through one of the dining rooms. There is ample off-road parking and dogs are welcome but must be booked into the kennels down the road. Moors Farm is a fantastic, spacious property for a large family gathering.
