About this space
Current Covid-19 precautions: Airbnb's current covid regulations, all surfaces wiped down with bleach solution, all linens changed out between guests, etc. This close in mountain retreat has great mountain, valley and sky views through two large windows. Queen bed. Two sitting areas with great views. Wood and tile floors throughout. Very quiet!
The space
The entire apartment is about 400 square feet--ample space for 1-2 people. The view makes it feel much bigger. New tile shower with glass door is large and clean. There is a reading area both in the studio, and just outside of it. Both can be used as eating spaces. The studio itself can be closed off (with French doors) and made more private by drawing the curtains. Bathroom and sitting area are separate from the main studio area. The sitting area itself has its own mountain view. During spring/summer/fall there is a private outdoor patio for the apartment. During winter you should have either an all wheel drive or front wheel drive vehicle with good snow tires--just the usual Colorado winter advice!

There is a washer and dryer on the premises if you need to use it--just let me know. The apartment also has its own outdoor patio.
Other things to note
Remember, winter in Colorado definitely requires either an all wheel drive vehicle or great snow tires on a front wheel drive car. If you end up with a regular airport rental with poor snow tires, you can potentially be frustrated during the winter months! There are 300+ sunny days/year here, but on storm days you need a car with snow tires. Accessing the apartment is easy: park as far left and as close to the garage as is reasonable. You will access the apartment by following the red brick path on the left side of the garage. Enter the door code I will send you the day of your arrival. Once inside the garage, you will see the apartment door on your left.
