This BRAND NEW multi-million dollar home in Brookside will make your trip to Tulsa memorable. This home was custom built by the host, Ryan. It was built to an incredibly high standard as the plan was to sell it, but we decided would rather share something special with guests like you, visiting Tulsa. The location is hard to beat, walking distance to all of Brookside's amenities, a few minutes from Gathering Place and about 10 minutes from downtown. Take the opportunity to enjoy your Tulsa trip in this incredible home.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Upstairs, you will find a large outdoor deck. Downstairs, you will find a front porch, a courtyard, a covered back patio with a gas grill and best of all, a heated pool/hot tub with a nice area to lounge.
