Villa Camilla is an elegant property which has always belonged to the same family of Marquis of Rozzano, The villa has an amazing view of the tree arms of the Lake Como and also the wonderful mountains on its back. There is a wonderful park with century trees, private swimming pool (10x6 mt.) and a private tennis court. A private mooring is available at Santa Maria Rezzonico harbor.
The villa sleeps up to 16 people, its interiors are elegant and glamorous, with mosaic floors, wooden stairs, the property has been recently totally renovated and owner was very carefully in maintain the same atmosphere and beauty that was in the originally. In the villa guest can enjoy all kind of facilities such as Air conditioning, internet wifi, satellite Tv. The property is a perfect spot for large reunion, weddings, all beds are king size and can be separated into two singles.

Swimming pool heating Jan 06-May 12, 2018 and Sep 22/,2018-Jan 05, 2019: €5 per hour (in order to reach the minimum water temperature of 25°C, it is necessary to turn on the heater 24 hours before the guests’ arrival in mild weather. If the weather is colder, the minimum necessary heating time is 48-72 hours. Once the minimum temperature is reached, a minimum 4 hours per day of heating is required to maintain the temperature
