Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The host Giancarlo was a pleasure to deal with. Video instructions were very easy to follow. The apartment was very spacious ( even better than the photos). It was spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment is in a lovely location with nice cafes, bars and restaurants nearby, all reasonably priced. Food and cocktails were fabulous. Apartment only a 5/10 minutes walk from main shopping street. 10 minutes from Central Station. Trams only 2 minutes away. Have stayed in this area before but 1st time at Napo Flat (always stayed in hotels) but will definitely stay at Napo Flat in future.

Negative: Had a longish day travel,we had gone for food and a drink when we arrived before going to the apartment. Some decided to go for a nap early evening but couldn't due to upstairs neighbours running around (sounded like a herd of elephants) Unable to be helped by Giancarlo Rest of our stay we were out later so it wasn't an issue
