On 28 hectares with park with 5000 m² on the edge of the Calonne, this house located in a large property combines charm and comfort. The new cozy chic decor will delight you and the setting guarantees absolute calm. Deauville is 18 km away.
Detached house of 100 m2 in the property. R-d-c: living room, kitchen area, shower room, wc.
Floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 0.90m and 1 bedroom with bed 180 or 2 x 0.90 plus a cot. Then a large living room (1 double bed 140) with sofa, armchairs and a large screen TV (satellite decoder) DVD player.
Electric heating. Washing machine. Dryer. Dishwasher, Hairdryer. Fridge / freezer, microwave, gas stove.
This house has been very recently renovated on the 1st floor. All rooms have parquet floors.
Outside a closed park with garden furniture and sunbathing awaits you to rest without forgetting the barbecue weber. Ping-pong table available under the cart.

For stronger sensations you can abandon myself to an adrenaline rush on the Pont l'Eveque racing circuit!
You will find many equestrian centers nearby not to mention the beaches of Deauville and Trouville and the inevitable detour to Honfleur. We are located 20 minutes from these sights.
Visit the local markets 7 minutes from the house in Cormeilles, Pont-l'Eveque and of course the flea markets nearby.
A very large animal zoo CERZA located 15 minutes from the house near Lisieux expects children and adults without forgetting the visit of the Basilica of Lisieux second pilgrimage site in France.
Personally we take our grandchildren on the beach of Trouville the winter which abounds with activities for the children.
In the summer we prefer the beach of Deauville access being more convenient to arrive and park directly in front of the beach.
New 2018: A beach cabin in Deauville on the boards is available for your personal use 3 days a week. There you will find sun loungers, children's games, etc.
