Excellent apartment, fourth floor, newly renovated condominium, all new inside, in a quiet and familiar condominium. Excellent natural ventilation, new room and bedroom furniture, purchased for the summer of 2016. Apartment completely renovated in December 2015.
Living room - large, balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Two new sofa beds, table with 6 chairs and television (open channels).
Bedroom 1 - New laminate flooring, new double bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe and partial view to the beach.
Bedroom 2 - New laminate flooring, double bed box type of excellent quality, ceiling fan with free and private view.
Bathroom 1 - Large and airy, all renovated, shower excellent.
Bathroom 2 - New, renovated in 2017.
Full kitchen, with new stove and refrigerator, counter for fast meals, large granite sink, complete equipment, cafeteria, microwave oven, etc.
Laundry - Independent, separated from the rest of the apartment, with tank and washing machine available for use. Large hanging clothesline.
