The space:
This modern, inviting, open concept home is just the place to start making Mountains of Memories.
The main floor consists of a fully stocked kitchen, dining area with a large table that seats 9, along with 3 bar stools at the island. The living area has a large T.V gas fireplace and amazing views with plenty of seating. The laundry room is equipped with washer/dryer and detergent, a half bath, and private balcony with a gas BBQ and outside seating will also await you.
The lower level provides guests with an additional stocked kitchen, fun bunk room for kids or adults, private queen bedroom, bathroom with extra towels, washer and dryer, kids area and a living area with a large T.V. The lower level also has a walk out to a patio with a private hot tub.
The third floor consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master ensuite features a king size bed with luxurious linens, amazing views, T.V and a private deck with a hot tub to take in the views in every direction. Enjoy the lovely bathroom with a walk-in closet, large shower, double sink vanity and extra towels. Next to the master bedroom is a nice room with a twin over queen bunk bed and a bathroom across the hall; the bathroom has a deep tub, and extra towels. The final queen Jr. suite is cheery and has a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with a large shower.
All bathrooms are stocked with Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner.
Extra parking and a 2-car garage are included.

Self-check in provides a seamless check in and check out experience. Very easy to access from the main road, this home is located in a newly constructed neighborhood with wonderful amenities including a pool, pickleball courts, bocce ball, horseshoes and lake access. Don't mind our dust, as the community is new there is some temporary construction to be mindful of.
