Gather around in the large living area and stream one of your favorite movies, or head out back and throw some patties onto the gas or charcoal grill for some classic American BBQ. As the night comes to a close, challenge your family to a couple of games of pool, darts, or at the poker table and enjoy a cold drink. Afterward, hop into a pair of pajamas and head up to the loft (complete with a futon) or slip under the covers of your comfy bed and doze off into dreamland. You won't want to miss this sweet escape!
Sleeping accommodations include 5 beds: 1 twin/1 full bunk bed, a convertible full couch bed, a queen bed, a queen futon, and a king bed. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, heat lamp, and blow dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen includes pots and pans, dishes, a Keurig coffee machine, a coffee pot with coffee supplied, a toaster, a teapot and tea, a small selection of spices, and more.
The outdoor campfire area (please bring your own firewood) includes 11 chairs plus a picnic table that seats 8 people, a charcoal grill (please bring your own charcoal & lighter fluid), and a gas grill with propane supplied. A Roku TV is located in each bedroom and common living area with streaming services available using the guests' accounts. Enjoy the fun of the pool table, board games, a small library, screened-in porch, plenty of space to park passenger vehicles, trailers, campers, lake and land toys, or RV’s and outdoor trails to explore.

Before your booking begins, we require you to purchase a damage waiver for a small fee of $35. This will be through a company called Superhog out of Great Britain. There may be an international fee associated with this payment. We require you to buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
We recommend completing the ID verification process and purchasing the waiver at least 48 hours prior to check-in to avoid any check-in delays.
The following list will cause immediate eviction from the property and termination of the booking without a refund. Guest agrees to pay a $500 surcharge for every violation of the house rules:
1. Tampering with any security devices
2. Ignoring quiet hours
3. Ignoring the maximum property guest count
4. Having a party
5. Having illegal substances or underage drinking
Additional House Rules:
+ Fire pit: Be VERY careful to keep the fire contained inside the fire pit. No Large fires and please do not have a fire on a windy day. Guests must clean up the fire pit area after use.
+ Early check-ins are not allowed unless prior approval is given. However, there is space in the screened-in porch to store your luggage before your check-in time.
+ If you use either the gas or charcoal grill, please clean it.
+ General TV usage: All TV’s are smart TV’s. They have access to various streaming apps for your use. When you turn on the TV, select your check-out date and any accounts you logged into will automatically be logged out on your check-out date. There is a BluRay player & PS4 with DVDs available for your use.
+ Living room electric fireplace: Plug in power cord into the wall. When completed with use, please unplug the unit.
+ Pool Table: Please, use the pool table responsibly & put all balls back on the rack in the corner when finished with use.
+ Dartboard: Press the power button on the dartboard and select the game of choice. Please, turn off power upon completion of use.
