For a memorable stay in Sint Maarten, there is no better choice than our exclusive colonial style villa, with 5 bedrooms - 4 bathrooms, two private pools and a breathtaking view over Simpson Bay Lagoon.
Situated a few minutes away from several restaurants, bars, casinos, shops and nice beaches such as Mullet Bay or Maho.
Recently renovated with luxurious furniture, you will appreciate a refined interior, beautifully decorated and with great comfort.
The villa offers a spacious living area composed of a fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable working space, an indoor dining and sitting room, an outdoor dining and sitting area, both with large TV screens.
The principal pool and garden are in the same level than the villa, offering an amazing view over Simpson Bay Lagoon.
Walking towards the boat slip, going down the stairs at the end of the terrace, you will find the second pool.
Two of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor and have privative bathrooms. Although one of these bathrooms has a double access, offering the possibility to use it as a guest toilet or a private bathroom connected to the bedroom.
Both ground floor bedrooms have queen size beds, closets and Smart TVs.
The other three bedrooms are located on the first floor. The principal bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king size bed and a Smart TV. The last two bedrooms have a queen and a king size bed, a Smart TV and share a bathroom.
The housekeepers of the villa live in the annexed building behind the garage. During your stay, the housekeeper will not access the villa but will continue to maintain the gardens and pools clean for you.
