Positive: The facilities were not only clean and very well maintained, but what truly made this hotel special was the exceptional service and genuine care from the owner and all the staff. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was honestly the first time I felt such warmth, kindness, and personal attention from every member of the team. I came to Luxor mainly to explore historical sites like the Valley of the Kings, but my experience at this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of my trip. When I thanked the owner for such amazing hospitality, he just smiled and said, “This is normal for us.” That moment made the experience even more memorable. If you want not only an unforgettable trip in Luxor, but also the best hospitality experience, I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.
