There is a beautiful large tree on the property with exposed roots in some parts of the yard (not in main gathering areas). Please watch your step when walking outside. We are not responsible for injuries related to the tree roots — just be mindful and you’ll be just fine!
☀ We personally deep clean our home in between guests so you can rest assured knowing that you will be staying in a very clean and cozy home.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
- The house has a four-car driveway. Please park in the driveway. Please do not park in the garage or on the grass. Four cars can fit in the driveway and there is also available street parking. No more than 4 cars are allowed on the property.
- Beach items are provided (2 chairs, 1 beach towel per person, 1 beach umbrella and 2 small coolers).
- Pack and play, a Graco Convertible high chair, and a stand-alone high chair are provided. We do have a 2nd pack and play available upon request.
- This is a pet friendly home, but please only bring well-behaved, potty-trained pets. Please bring a crate if you plan to leave your pet unattended. The pet fee is $99 per pet, per stay. 2 pets, 30lbs. max pet pet. Our insurance does have breed restrictions, so please let us know the breed and size of your pet(s). Due to severe allergies, CATS ARE ONLY ALLOWED ON A PRE-APPROVAL BASIS. If pets are brought without approval or are above the 30lb. maximum, we reserve the right to charge additional fees.
- For stays longer than 7 days, an additional cleaning fee will be accessed should a deep clean be required after your check-out. For stays longer than 14 days, a deep clean will be required (+$100 cleaning fee).
- Photo ID matching guest name and signed rental agreement required for all bookings.
