Enjoy our new upscale home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms located in the lush meadows of Mariposa! Just a brief 30-mile drive to the Yosemite National Park, our property sits in one of the most prominent towns of the 1849 California Gold Rush. The property was an actual mine during the Gold Rush and the tailings still reside on the property today. Downtown Mariposa is only 6 miles away from the house with a plethora of restaurants, boutique shops, and historic landmarks. Our property offers a 5-acre private getaway to those looking to immerse themselves in the beauty of the surrounding nature.
Feeling adventurous? Head just outside the house and join the wild turkey, peacock, and deer on their walk along our property’s seasonal creek. Try mining for gold in the creek of the tailing mounds. Maybe take the short drive to the Merced River and enjoy a hike or white water rafting. And so much more!
We just built and added a horseshoe pit to our property for outdoor activity, great family fun.
Feel like staying in? Relax by the fireplace and watch the flora and fauna on from the comfort of a couch. Watch a movie on the 75’’ LG OLED TV. Take the 10-minute drive into town and enjoy a bite to eat at the amazing restaurants along the 140.
