The unit was remodeled in 2018 from top to bottom and boasts high architectural ceilings in the living room and master bed room providing tons of natural light. Master bedroom sports a king bed and great views of the canal and pool area. Nice sized screened in porches on both the front and back side of the condo offer spectacular sunrise and sunset vistas. Guest bedroom currently has 2 sets of bunk beds for kids/grandkids however these can be converted to 2 twin beds if desired. Amenities include covered parking, a tennis court, access to two pools and a hot tub, workout room, and a 40' dock space for a boat. Available Nov - Apr with a 3 month minimum rental period per condo association so you'll have plenty of time to relax and get to know the area.
