Our newly renovated cabin has been curated to ensure your stay is relaxing and simple. Situated on a private road with easy access to neighbouring towns with grocery stores and restaurants and some fun shopping. The kitchen is equipped with new fridge, stove and microwave. New cupboards efficiently stocked with great kitchen supplies Our New bathroom has a large glass shower enclosure. 2 cute bedrooms, one with Queen bed and second has bunk bed with double futon on bottom and single bunk. The living area has a portable air conditioner and double futon couch for extra sleep space. Round dining table seats 4 and kitchen island has 3 stools. Our newly constructed deck offers seating space and outdoor dining is a breeze with a brand new propane Barbecue.
Cottage is situated with direct access to Burnt River. Excellent swimming off our dock or explore the river on our sit on top kayaks. Enjoy Evenings around the fire pit or venture into nearby Kinmount town for a movie at the iconic Highlands theatre. A short 15 min drive into Fenelon Falls to watch the boat traffic at Lock 42 of the Trent Severn Waterway. Indulge in Kawartha Dairy ice cream at Slices N Scoops. There is a fun Splash Pad and playground at Garnet Graham Beach in Fenelon Falls.
You can attend even an outdoor production at The Grove Theatre, enjoy dining at many restaurants or pick up supplies at Sobeys, Canadian Tire, LCBO, beer store and yup even aTim Hortons
