Summary: The house is located close the beach, bakery and supermarket on the far outskirt of Sainte Maxime. The compound has a pleasant pool. The house itself is fairly small, and could do with some maintenance. The walkways are cracked and have sharp edges, the dishwasher has a mind of its own, the door locks are near impossible to operate. Note that the third bedroom is in fact a piece of the garage and has no access to the rest of the house. Thus no benefit of the airco, or access to the toilet. Having no window and only one access door, it does not really qualify as a bedroom (the children ended-up sleeping in the living room).
