Positive: Everything was great once we got into the apartment. Clean, spacious, well-equipped, in a good location. Getting in was the issue, and we just got lucky but could've been in a bad spot otherwise.
Negative: We happened to arrive when the housekeeper was there, and she was able to communicate with the owner and give us our key. However, we got no check-in information, and would've been stranded if the housekeeper weren't there. The owner didn't respond to my message through the booking.com app. This is a big problem, in my opinion, and cannot be allowed to happen. If you can get in, it's a great place.... The bathroom was also very weird, door was completely transparent glass so there was a lack of privacy.
Summary: Great apt. but checking in needs to handled differently, no instructions were shared.
