Very nice big apartment for rent in one of the nicest grounds in Cabarete directly on the beach. 2 air conditioners, 1 whirlpool on the balcony and high-quality equipment awaits you in this apartment. On request, you can surf right on our beach. The complex is very quiet and surrounded by lonely beaches. In Cabarete center you will find many great shops, restaurants, bars and discotheques. In the apartment there is an Internet Smart TV on which you can watch movies, news, sports, etc. from different countries, as well as their Amazon Prime Video or Netflix account. Internet and Internet TV is free. On request we can unlock the Dominican cable TV for a fee. The electricity is to be paid extra according to consumption and will be read on departure !!!
If you want to spend your vacation in a nice caribean complex right at the beach then you are right here. One big apartment with your own jacuzzi, one very big terrace with ocean view and one beautiful international gated community. From december until July you have the open restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Come and enjoy! There is a Smart TV in the apartment, to enjoy movies, news and more from different countries. The cleaning is for free. The internet in the apartment, at the pool and the internet are free. You can watch movies, news, sports and more for free by a You Tube app. In case you have got Amazon Prime Video, Netflix or another account. You can use it with the smart tv, too. In case you would like to watch the Dominican TV it will be charged extra .. The electricity is extra to pay.

Summary: The property is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are incredible, right off to a beautiful beach (too rough to swim in, but beautiful). The neighbours are all incredibly friendly! Pictures on Vrbo are exactly what you will get when you arrive at the condo. A few things to keep in mind, you absolutely do need transportation, although the owner will tell you, you do not. It is approximately 6 KM to the town of Cabarete, but you need to go through a small community that you do not want to be walking in at night. Definitely too far to walk for groceries. We had water problems throughout the entire vacation, with leaky faucets as well as the humidifier leaked and we had 4 floods to clean up. The kitchen sink faucet sprays water all over and the fridge leaked water on the shelves. Although the owner did end up getting some of this taken care of, it was into our third week at the condo. Pots and pans are peeling and not truly safe to use. There is one toilet roll per bathroom to get started for a vacation, no hand soap, dishwashing, pods, laundry detergent to get started. The towel rack that is used to dry anything as there is no dryer, is very rusty, hence the rust marks on the towels. You definitely want to put money away for the electricity as it is very expensive. If all the problems were taken care of and if the pots and pans were replaced along with cutting boards, a few days worth of supplies, we would definitely return.
