Positive: This place could have been awesome. But it wasn't. Pool table, great swimming pool, outdoor space, lots of bedrooms, two and a half baths. Outside of vegas in a nice neighborhood, 4 mins from the supermarket. All the ingredients for a delicious dish. But I would not return and I will not recommend it to anyone. Because the owner needs to invest $500 to make the place awesome as it should be.
Negative: The pool table is fine, but what is the sense if the pool cues dont have tips. That would cost less than $100. Kitchen is fine but there is a broken microwave, broken toaster, no blender and the trash can doesnt work. Not a working trash can!!! Lid stays open then the whole house stinks. Cost of trash can $30!!!, Two bathrooms, but one has ants in the sink. 3 bedrooms, the master bed is broken. The owner knows about it. I tried to fix it, but he needs to invest in a new one - costs less than $300 to fix the problem. Outdoor pool patio - a dream come true - except for the cockroaches - put down some boric acid and some roach motels - cost $50. ETC / ETC. I enjoyed my stay, but not gonna recommend it to anybody else and I would not stay there again. Gave such a brutally honest review not to be mean, but only to force the owner to clean up some of these issues. Won't cost much time or money and your guests deserve better.
Summary: If the owner invested $500 this place would be awesome. He didnt so I wouldnt stay there again.
