Summary: I confirmed with Stayz they will not take any further deposit, but my friend arrival before me they asked for the damage deposit, he had to give the deposit, without deposit they were not give him the key, FRIEND but after I complain to a stayz, then they return the deposit. House was very dirty. They did not clean, insect everywhere. Snail in the bathroom., washing machine not working, no cloth liner, they did not even supply a bottle of water, one day no electricity for a couple of hours, two days no water for a couple of hours, we stayed one week, we were not happy.
