The fourth floor level means you can easily observe beach action starting with early morning walkers and continuing throughout the day as families enjoy the beach. Whether it is cooking on the marine grade outdoor grill or watching dolphins swim off shore, everyone agrees that the balcony is the heart of the condo.
There are 3 master suites each featuring king beds with private baths, walk in closets and 65 inch Samsung TVโs. The oceanside master suite walks out to the 500 square foot balcony whereas the other master suites open to a balcony from which to enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the intracoastal waterway.
The living room features views of the ocean in addition to the 75 inch Samsung TV so you can either watch Spectrum channels or sign in to your favorite app and catch up on that series youโve been thinking about. Of course wireless high speed (up to 500 mb/s) internet is included.
